ADRIAN COSENTINO - Orson Capital

He’s the president of Orson Capital, a firm that advises and provides financial services to companies, governments and multilateral agencies and institutions.

Currently, he´s founding partner and chairman of the Argentine Carbon Exchange (BACX) and also serves as a senior consultant for the World Bank (WB) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for Argentina and the region.

In the public sector, he has served as president of the National Securities Commission (CNV), after having done it as Secretary of Finance of the Nation and Undersecretary of Financing, member of the Executive Committee of the Sustainability Guarantee Fund, director of Argentine Bank of Development (BICE), representative of the Ministry of Economy on the Board of Directors of the Argentine Central Bank (BCRA) and vice president of the Guarantee Fund of the Province of Buenos Aires (FOGABA).

He was also Portfolio Manager of the Social Capital Fund (FONCAP) and Director of the Trust Fund for the Reconstruction of Companies (FFRE), among other relevant positions. At the regional level, he has acted as Representative of the Inter-American Regional Committee of IOSCO.

In the private sector he served as Director of Public Sector and Structured Finance at Max Valores, Portfolio manager at ITC Ventures and partner at N&C Consulting Group.

He’s an Economist and Doctor in Economic Sciences (University of Buenos Aires), postgraduate in Banking and Finance at the Frankfurt Center for Banking Studies and in Economic Development at the University of Taipei.

In the academic field, is deputy director of the Master´s in Finance (UBA), full professor of the Master´s in Urban Economics (UTDT) and visiting professor at other national and international universities. Also, he is a regular speaker at various forums related to economics and finance and published several literary works, the most recent ones Macroeconomía y finanzas para economías emergentes y Crisis y reestructuración de deuda soberana.

Pablo Carreras Mayer - Orson Capital

Pablo Carreras Mayer is Director of Macroeconomics & Financial Sector in Orson Capital. He has extensive experience in the public sector, where he served as Director of the Central Bank and Investments Director in the FGS, Argentina's sovereign pension fund. He has specialized in public debt management and applied macroeconomic analysis, accumulating 15 years plus of experience.

At the private sector, he worked as the Economic Development Programme Coordinator at CIPPEC -Argentina's leading think tank- and carried out several consultancies with multilateral institutions (IDB and ECLAC). He is a professor in the Msc. in Finance (UBA) and Capital Markets (BYMA-UBA).

Aleandra Scafati - Orson Capital

Specialist in Sustainability, Climate Change, and Sustainable Finance. Master's degree in Social Sciences and Public Policy from Milano Graduate School. Master's degree in Environmental Law and Economics from Carlos III University Madrid. Posgraduate degree in Finance from Harvard University. She is a consultant for international organizations (World Bank, IDB, UNDP, GGGI). She is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of ABECEB and the Global Steering Group for Impact Investment (GSG). She is Vice President of the Argentine Carbon Exchange.

Rosana Bebén - Orson Capital

Rosana Bebén is Director of Public Sector in Orson Capital. She has extensive experience in the public sector, both at the national and provincial levels in terms of public debt management and sustainable finances, accumulating 25 years plus of experience.

At the National Ministry of Economy, she served as Undersecretary for External Public Debt Sustainability, National Director of Financing Strategy and Advisor to the National Finance Secretariat. She also served as member of the Technical Roundtable on Sustainable Finance and she represented Argentina in the Executive Committee on Public Debt for Latin America and the Caribbean of the Inter-American Development Bank. At the provincial level, she worked mainly in the Finance Undersecretariat of the province of Buenos Aires.

In the private sector, she served as Director at Banco Hipotecario SA (representing National Government) and she worked as Vice President at Nuevo Chaco Bursátil S.A. She is part of training programs in Consejo Federal de Inversiones and Universidad Provincial del Sudoeste in the province of Buenos Aires.



Rubén Bagattín - Orson Capital

Certified Public Accountant with extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic planning and financial management in the private sector.

Specialized in technology and digital tools applied to finance, he holds a postgraduate degree in Cryptocurrencies, Blockchain, and Decentralized Finance from Universidad CEMA, which enables him to contribute innovative knowledge to drive transformation in the industry. His approach emphasizes process improvement, efficiency, sustainability and strategic decision-making. He has led teams and key projects in financial management, investment analysis, and resource optimization for companies and institutions across various industries. In addition to his work as a specialized consultant, he is also a member of the board at Orson Capital.

Francisco Elizondo - Orson Capital

He holds a degree in Geography (University of Buenos Aires), specializing in Electricity and Natural Gas Markets (ITBA) and a postgraduate degree in Renewable Energy (IAE – Universidad Austral). He has focused his professional career on the development of power generation projects, presenting them in various bidding modalities and with diverse technologies.

He is a renowned consultant in the private sector in Argentina. Through his company, Hain Energía, he has participated in numerous companies awarded proyects (KALKSTEN, LIUCO, NAUCO, SKRU, etc.). In addition, he has dedicated more than 15 years to public service, working in national and provincial organizations (and in the Government of the City of Buenos Aires), including more than five years as National Coordinator of Renewable Energy, developing specific programs such as GENREN and closely collaborating in the development of the technical bases of the RENOVAR Program.

He also actively participated in the regulation of Law No. 26,190, the Investment Regime of Law No. 27,191, and the National Registry of Renewable Energy Projects (RENPER). He has developed specific regulations for the sector and collaborated with the legislative branch, representing the country before MERCOSUR. He has also served as a lecturer in various specialized areas of energy. He has maintained ongoing contact with multilateral organizations and agencies, both in the public sector and in his role as a private consultant (GIZ, CAF, IDB, WB).

Enrique Baraibar Gatti - Orson Capital

Enrique Baraibar Gatti is an agricultural engineer with solid training in financial management and leadership of development institutions. He has over 30 years of experience in management, consulting and program evaluation in the agricultural, financial and institutional development sectors across Uruguay and Latin America.

Enrique has worked with multilateral organizations, financial institutions, cooperatives and government agencies, specializing in risk rating, strategic planning, and productive development. He is currently part of Evaluadora Latinoamericana S.A. and actively collaborates on projects related to the livestock and financial sectors.

Juan Guiñazú - Orson Capital

Juan Ignacio Guiñazú is a lawyer who graduated from the National University of Mar del Plata in 1995. Since then, he has primarily worked in the private sector, while also holding public positions in Argentina at both a regional level (General Pueyrredón City Hall – Mar del Plata) and a national level (Ministry of Economy and Social Security). He has also worked for the Ministry of Public Works and Communications of Paraguay, where he has resided since 2017.

Academically, he completed a specialization in Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of La Plata, Republic of Argentina, and earned a Master’s degree in Public Affairs and Governance from Columbia University.

He has provided advisory and implementation services in the legal, administrative, and financial structuring of public, private, and public-private projects in both the Republic of Argentina and the Republic of Paraguay, from 2013 to the present.

In the field of consulting he participates in projects led by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development of Paraguay, involving the valuation of environmental assets, carbon credits and public financing instruments and mechanisms for protected natural areas, as well as international agreements and conventions related to the valuation and use of carbon credits in both regulated and voluntary markets.



Norma Madeo - Orson Capital

Journalist and strategic communicator. Founder and director of Público+Privado, a consultancy specializing in strategic communication.

She brings experience from newsrooms and press teams—as a reporter, editor, special correspondent, and media lead in both public and private sectors. She has managed communication strategies for governments, NGOs, and corporations, and led projects that became books, films, and regional coverage across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe.

As a guest lecturer, she leads workshops on media relations, public affairs, reputation management, and impactful communication.

She holds a degree in Journalism (UNLZ) and completed postgraduate studies in governance, political management, public policy, and institutional communication at institutions including UdeSA, The George Washington University, FLACSO, and Universidad Austral.

Ignacio Aguiar Moreno - Orson Capital

Ignacio Aguiar Moreno is an analyst in the Macroeconomics and Financial Systems team at Orson Capital. He has experience in national and regional macroeconomic analysis, public policy, and financial system development, with a focus on sovereign risk, capital markets, and macro-financial linkages. Before joining Orson, he worked for international organizations and government agencies at both the national and subnational levels, contributing to development finance projects, program evaluations, and data-driven policy design.

He holds a degree in Economics from the National University of La Plata (UNLP), where he is currently completing a Master’s in Economics with a specialization in macroeconomics and applied econometrics. His work combines technical rigor with strategic insight, and he has applied a range of quantitative tools for forecasting, impact evaluation, and financial risk assessment. He is particularly interested in the role of finance in sustainable development and long-term growth.

Raúl Herrera - Orson Capital

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the Universidad de Buenos Aires (FCE-UBA). He is a full-time professor at both the Faculty of Economics and the Faculty of Social Sciences at UBA, where he also served as the Subdirector of the Economics Department. In addition, he serves as the Academic Director of both the Special Life Insurance and Social Security Program at the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA-AVIRA) and the Risk and Insurance Specialization Program at UBA. Previously, he founded the Social Security and Insurance Center at FCE-UBA.

In the public sector, he served as the Superintendent of Insurance for the Nation of Argentina and acted as an advisor to Uruguay’s Executive Board. In the private sector, he has presided over several national and international insurance companies, such as MassMutual Life and Provincia Seguros. He has written and presented numerous conferences on topics related to economic activity, social security, and the insurance sector.

Patricio Larroulet - Orson Capital

Patricio is an economist with a BA from the University of Buenos Aires and a MA in Economics from Universidad de San Andrés. He currently serves as Chief Economist at Emberlink Consulting.

He previously served as advisor to the Board of the Central Bank of Argentina, consultant on fiscal policy for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and UNDP, and researcher at the Commitment to Equity Institute (CEQ), CEDES and CIPPEC. His academic work has been published in journals such as the Journal of Economic Inequality, Journal of Income Distribution, and Journal of Development Studies.

As an Associated Economist at Orson Capital, he provides expert insight on macroeconomic trends, scenario analysis, and public policy strategy.
